By accessing or using DuniaBazar.com or the Dunia Bazar mobile application (“Platform”), you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.1. DEFINITIONS“Platform” refers to the Dunia Bazar website and mobile application.“User/Customer” means any person who visits, registers, or purchases products.“Vendor/Seller” means any registered merchant selling products on the platform.“We/Us/Company” refers to Dunia Bazar E-Commerce Platform.“Order” means a purchase made by a customer through the platform.2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy using the Platform, you acknowledge that:You have read and understood all terms.You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.You agree to follow all rules, policies, and guidelines published by Dunia Bazar.If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.3. USER ACCOUNT & REGISTRATIONYou must provide accurate and up-to-date information.You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately.Dunia Bazar reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for any misuse.4. MULTI-VENDOR MARKETPLACE ROLEDunia Bazar is a facilitator between buyers and sellers.We do not manufacture, own, or control most products listed.Responsibility for product quality, authenticity, packaging, warranty, and safety lies with the vendor/seller.However, Dunia Bazar monitors seller activity and may take action in case of violations.5. PRODUCT LISTINGS & AVAILABILITYSellers are responsible for uploading accurate product details, images, pricing, and stock.Dunia Bazar may remove any product violating marketplace rules.Actual colors, packaging, or appearance may slightly differ from images.6. PRICING & PAYMENTSPrices shown at checkout are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.Payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallet, COD (if available).Dunia Bazar uses secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.Dunia Bazar reserves the right to change product prices at any time.7. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPINGOnce an order is placed, it is processed within the stated timeline.Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, seller readiness, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.The customer will receive tracking details once the product is dispatched.8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONSReturn and refund rules follow the Dunia Bazar Return & Refund Policy, including:Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.Only applicable for defective, damaged, wrong, or mismatched items.Refunds are processed to the Dunia Bazar Wallet only.Exchange or replacement is not available.Some categories may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.9. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIESSellers must:Provide 100% accurate product details.Ship orders on time.Maintain quality and packaging standards.Handle customer complaints professionally.Avoid prohibited or restricted products.Follow Dunia Bazar’s Seller Agreement & Marketplace Guidelines.Any violations may result in penalties, delisting, or account suspension.10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIESUsers must not:Engage in fraudulent transactions.Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.Upload false, misleading, or harmful information.Use the platform for illegal activities.Harass, abuse, or threaten sellers or staff.11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll logos, branding, content, UI/UX design, and intellectual property belong to Dunia Bazar.Users or sellers may not copy, modify, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.12. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTIONDunia Bazar follows a strict Privacy Policy to protect personal information.Data is used for account creation, order delivery, customer support, analytics, and security.Dunia Bazar does not sell or misuse customer data.13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICESSome services (payment gateway, courier partners, verification services) are operated by third parties. Dunia Bazar is not responsible for:Their errorsDowntimeService interruptionsData handling practices14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYDunia Bazar shall not be liable for:Seller misconduct or product quality issuesDelivery delays caused by logistics providersLosses due to user negligenceUnauthorized access resulting from shared login credentialsTechnical issues beyond our controlUnder no circumstance shall the company be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.15. INDEMNITYUsers and sellers agree to indemnify and hold Dunia Bazar harmless from:Legal claimsLosses or damagesLiabilitiesCosts or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of policies.16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMSDunia Bazar may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTIONThese Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction as per company registration.18.
